I was born and lived 27 years of my life in an Eastern European country, Romania. I was born during the communist era and through God blessing I left it after the bloody “Revolution” (literarily) which took place starting with December 16 and ended on December 22-nd. Now, maybe most of the people know why Romanians had to protest against the regime, why they had to get in streets bare handed. Because it was totalitarian! For the young, sometimes college educated yet inexperience and too often gullible minds I will try to picture what totalitarian is!
The President – yes, we had one “democratically voted” – would “advise” every single lieder of the every factory, agricultural co-op – does the term sound familiar? It should! – no matter how small or big, important or neglected, profitable or not – most likely not profitable! – these institutions were. Romanians would see the President on TV almost every day how he would explain the managers, engineers and yes too often even the research scientists how to do their jobs! What needs to be produced, what needs to be scraped how to be self supported financially – because after 40 years of government supervising and financing all that outdated, inefficient economy ran by corrupted managers (CEO-s) nominated by the same government, the country was BROKE! Does this sound familiar? It should.
The Leader would tell the managers of the heavy industry what to produce although nobody needed their products. The Lieder didn’t have any managerial education.
He would tell the agriculture workers what and how to grow, although there was no food in stores because of the reduce crop yield and exports of foods. He didn’t have the agricultural education.
He would tell people, when food was so scarce you couldn’t find it in stores, to eat canned fish since he exported all the food for hard currency. He didn’t have any nutrition related education.
He would tell the auto industry what cars to produce – does this sound familiar? – although the price was so high 70,000 for the only model available when average wage were 2,000 a month, both the price and wage were set by the government! He didn’t have any engineering education.
The same guy The President in his infinite wisdom would tell doctors how to treat the patients in an universal health care system where everybody was covered by a financial broke government! Most of us would get a pain reliever after seeing the underpaid, over booked doctor for five minutes visit after waiting thirty! Does this sound familiar? He didn’t have any medical education.
For those who don’t know, The Leader, The Commander, The Wise One, The President, (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ceausescu) didn’t have any education except 4, that is FOUR, grades accomplished, only he knew how! He used to be an apprentice learning how to repair shoes!!!
So, how did the Romanians got there in that mess? How the communists were able to degrade them so bad? Why they had to get in the streets bare handed to be shot at and killed by the government armed forces like the secret police and army? (Today nobody admits they shot and killed any civilians!) It all started after WW II with confiscation of weapons from civilian, confiscation of land owned by farmers and nationalization of the economy, because there were few objections of disarmed people in front of the governmental armed forces until those people were eliminated.
These were the Marxist Leninists people, who bought the big lie of “thinkers” like Karl Marx, Friedrich Engels and Vladimir Ilyich Lenin who are to be blame for bankrupting half of the entire world!
I was where this administration is trying to get us! I don’t want to go back! And like me are the majority of the emigrants who came in this country to be free.
I don’t know Barack Obama. But I see his work, I hear his speeches and he is trying to sink this nation in Marxism-Leninism by convincing the people to follow him into this madness. Now, I hope the American people are wiser than to turn in their liberties for government assurances or they will loose them both.
This charismatic, original, honest, bright speaker is none of these after all! There were others before him! Not in this country though, thank God. They were and are the Marxist-Leninists who did all this Audacities in the name of Hope, selling people a dream future that turned into nightmare present in few years.
I’m still hoping, believing in the awareness of this nation, that the work of our founding fathers will not be trashed by ignorance, credulity and stupidity. Everything this administration is trying to do it has been tried before with no success. Let’s look back and learn from history so we wouldn’t be condemned to live it again.

Yahoo posted on http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/us_health_care_organizing an article about Oh Bummah’s “silent majority” supporters who ” if the final legislation doesn’t include a government run plan to compete with private insurers, they may be invisible, too.” Nice try!!!! They are invisible as we speak and they were invisible before during the meetings in town halls because they are not the majority!! The majority of Americans have health insurance and try to stay away from the communist one! Yes I am talking both the president and the plan he is shoving down our throats! The President, The Chosen One, The Gifted One, The Leader To Our Bright Communist Future said there are 45 million uninsured people in US. I don’t believe it!!! I have to quote my hero, Mr. Joe Wilson: “YOU LIE!!!” Unless maybe we count the illegal immigrants or “undocumented workers” – what a chopped tortured language!!! It’s even worse than mine! – we will be forced to pay health insurance for because it is humane to do so and also the workers who are temporarily out of work and had health insurance, lost their jobs thanks to the incompetence of this Administration and now cannot qualify for either Medicaid or Medicare. What is 45 million compare to 300 plus million? Why do we all have to pay for people on Wellfare who don’t want to help themselfs? Because it is humane? Humanism was started by people who wanted to eliminate God and raise The Human instead! People who pushed communism in half of the entire world! People who claimed the majority is with them because the majority of the people were “silent” about criticising them! Totalitarian people for whom there are only two ways: with us or against us! People like Lenin, Stalin, Mao Tse-tung, Kim Il-sung and Oh! bummah, our Leader. I heard some kids in school singing a song about him. Is that for real? It better be some sort of a sick, sick joke about the charisma of The Brightest One! Well, I hope I will here from you, untill then, Oh! Bummah! three more years….
